Refund / Replacement Policy

1. If a customer has placed prepaid order and choose to cancel the order. Customers have the option to cancel a prepaid order before it has been shipped and refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed. Customer can expect the refund within 1hr in the same bank account which was used during the time of payment.

2. You may return incorrect, damaged items and avail for a refund. You have to courier the product to our head office (address mentioned on website) and wait till we receive your courier.
